Our custum made systems are an essential piece of equipment for clients in the automotive industry, entire assembly lines, vacuum and plasma systems.

SCHWÄMMLE Custom Cooling System for high cooling capacity with small dimensions. Cooling output: 70 kW. This system is applied in cooling a vacuum coating plant. Additional features include a Cooler (4kW) and complete water treatment.
Dimensions: 2.0 x 0.6 x 2.3 m high

A SCHWÄMMLE Custom Cooling System for the automotive industry. Total cooling output: 5,6 MW in multiple circuits.
This system is designed for application in common rail-production. Highly complex control systemm incl. SPS controls and USV. Base: 6 m x 4 m.

Example No. 3

A SCHWÄMMLE Custom Cooling System providing an output of 250 kW. This particular system provides cooling for an entire metal engineering facility. This system has been optimized for minimal energy consumption and is equipped with a smart cooling control. 80% of the year, cooling is provided via the dry cooler system - during periods of high external temperatures, the built in cooling machine is switched on automatically to provide optimal cooling output. This system arrived ready-to-install which lowered installation time and costs to a minimum.
